Knoll : Celebrates 75 years of Bauhaus Design 1919-1994© : 1996

In 1996 Knoll commissioned designers to create original artwork that expressed their personal feelings about the influence of the Bauhaus.

The resulting publication '
Knoll : Celebrates 75 years of Bauhaus Design 1919-1994' included Paul Haigh's interior collage that embraced Knoll's main legacy i.e the influence of the Bauhaus, The collage, composed of cut up catalog pages, highlighted the commercial eclecticism embodied in Richard Hamilton's seminal collage from 1956 "Just what is it that makes today's homes so different, so appealing?" hence the new title "Just what will make tomorrow's homes so different, so appealing...?"
